Wilson Thatcher

Wilson Leland Thatcher, 67, of Ash Flat, Arkansas passed away February 26, 2021 at White River Medical Center in Batesville, Arkansas. He was born August 30, 1953, the son of Virgil and Betty (Wren) Thatcher, in Joliet, Illinois. “Willie” is survived by his sisters: Ginny Jones, Mary (Bill) Thomas, Cindy Thatcher, Bette Perez, Laurie Thatcher, Debbie (Larry) Cox, Pamela (Brian) Stevens; step-daughter, Fay Lynn Vaquera; step-granddaughter, Megan Vaquera; and sister-in-law, Malinia Thatcher. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Sharon; and brothers: Joe, David, and Dennis. Wilson worked in maintenance at Walmart. He was a good man with many relatives and friends. He especially enjoyed the outdoors and caring for his animals. Arrangements are entrusted to Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland, Arkansas.
