Wayne Thomas Lowder, 78, of Cherokee Village, Arkansas passed away in Little Rock at the University of Arkansas Medical Center. He was born in Benton Harbor, Michigan and served the people of the United States of America in both the Army and the Navy. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Henry and Loretta Louise Brown Lowder.
Wayne was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church and the American Legion. He loved to make knives and flutes and was an original owner of Ozarks Classic Crafts Mall in Hardy, Arkansas. He was also a musician on the guitar and bass.
Survivors include his daughter, Shelly Schwerdt (Allen) of Cherokee Village; a granddaughter, Olivia; and many good friends.
