Vickie Marie Causbie, 61, of Highland, Arkansas passed away July 28, 2021 at White River Medical Center in Batesville. She was born in Hobbs, New Mexico to Joe and Hulda Scroggins, both of whom predeceased her as did an infant daughter, Flora Marie. Vickie was a member of Ward St. Church of Christ in Hardy, Arkansas where she exhibited her love for children through teaching Sunday School classes and working in Vacation Bible School often creating shows with Biblical backgrounds. She also had her own home day care. Her hobbies included interacting across the world with Lee Middleton doll collectors and perfecting her skills in numerous quilting clubs. At one time in life, she was owner of The Needle Point and was thoroughly involved with the Bernina Sewing Machine Corporation. Vickie was a loving sister, wife, mother, and grandmother who is survived by her husband, James Causbie, whom she married August 7, 1987; daughters, Tabitha Miller of Highland and Jamie Bishop (Chad) of Monroe, Louisiana; sons, William Miller (LaCosta) of Grandview, Texas and Michael Causbie of Highland; grandchildren: Lavender, Katherine, Caiden, Colin, Jaxson, Jeremy, Alivia, & Wylder plus many other bonus grandchildren; a sister, Debra Cook of Canute, Oklahoma; a brother, Michael Owens (Johnnye) of Oklahoma City; an aunt, Sandy White of Rogers, Arkansas; nephew, Matthew Cook (Nicole) and niece, Jacque Fagan (Brendan); five great-nieces and nephews; many other relatives and good friends whom Vickie loved equally. At Vickie's request no services will be held.
