Troy Traw, 81, of rural Williford, Arkansas, passed away December 18, 2019, at his home. He was born January 27, 1938, in Sharp County, Arkansas and was of the Baptist faith. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Troy became a master mechanic and owned his own business. Survivors include his wife Bernetta (Baldridge) Traw, sons: Gerald (Karen) Traw of Hardy, Danny (Tonya) Traw of Ash Flat, and Tommy Traw of Williford; grandchildren: Nathan Troy Traw and Christine Jones; great-grandchildren: Everette, Cierra, and Mason; brothers: Carrol (Brenda) Traw of Mammoth Spring and Doyle Dean (Norma) Traw of Alaska; a sister, Joyce Porter of Mammoth Spring; many other relatives and good friends. Troy was preceded in death by his parents, Amos and Bertha (Price) Traw; two brothers: Amos Jr. and Roy Traw; and a sister, Veda McCradic. Visitation of family and friends will be from 10 a.m. until noon Saturday, December 21, 2019, in the Tri-County Funeral Home Chapel at Highland. Graveside service will follow at 2 p.m. in Flint Cemetery near Mammoth Spring, Arkansas, with Bro. Jared Russell officiating. Services entrusted to Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland.
