Robert Cunningham

Robert Lee Cunningham Jr., 73, of Ash Flat, Arkansas, passed away November 14, 2019, at his home.  He was born May 28, 1946, in Blytheville, Arkansas to Robert Lee and Margie Juanita (Byford) Cunningham. Robert was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and had worked as an over-the-road truck driver.  He was a member of the American Legion and loved western movies, computer games, and deer hunting. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Gene; and a sister, Veeda Merritt. Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Rose; sons, Robert Lee III and Sean (Nicole) Cunningham; a daughter, Gina (Gene) Lovins; eight grandchildren: Chip, Shayn, Allie, Jeff (Shawna), Amber, Layla, Patrick, and Ashley; four great-grandchildren: Hazel, Addie, Mason, and Emma; many other relatives and friends. Memorial services will begin at 2 p.m. Monday, November 18, in the Tri-County Funeral Home Chapel at Highland, Arkansas, with Bro. Vance Penn officiating.
