Pat Foster

ASH FLAT - Charles Patrick Foster, 77, formerly of Memphis, Tennessee, was born in Brinkley, Arkansas.  He passed away at Ash Flat Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. Pat was of the Catholic faith and had worked as a passionate florist who owned shops in Brinkley and Memphis. He was preceded in death by his parents, Vernie and Ruth (Burrow) Foster, and his son, David; he is survived by his brother, Paul, of Brinkley. Services will be at a later date. Arrangements are with Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland, Arkansas.
