Norma J. Buck, 91, of Franklin, Arkansas passed away January 8, 2022. She was born June 9, 1930 in Springfield, Illinois to Charles F. and Mae Wilma (Nichols) Collins, who both preceded her in death along with her husband, Gene M. Buck; two brothers, William and Daniel Collins; a son, Paul W. Buck; and a grandson, Simon R. Buck. Norma was a member of the Assembly of God and a homemaker; she was married to Gene for 60 years before his passing. She loved reading love stories and the Bible, arranging silk flowers, and listening to classical and gospel music. Survivors include her daughters, Susan M. Miller of Salem, Arkansas and Mary E. Smith of Horseshoe Bend; her sons, John A. Buck (Karen) of Brodhead, Wisconsin and James W. Buck (Cynthia) of Violet Hill, Arkansas; 12 grandchildren: Kimberly, Michele, Jon, Chandra, Sarah Jo, Dawn, Corey, Tara, Cherish, Nicole, Stephanie, and Amanda; 23 great-grandchildren; 9 great-great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends. Celebration of Life will be Saturday, March 26, at 10:30 a.m. in the Horseshoe Bend Assembly of God church. Arrangements are with Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland, Arkansas.
