Karen Deloris Liggett was born May 20, 1952 in Alameda, California, the oldest daughter of Troy B. and Patsy (Lampkin) Coker. She entered into rest February 28, 2022 in Cherokee Village, Arkansas at the age of 69 years. Karen was a member of First Baptist Church of Myron and always strived to do what she felt was best for her family. Karen loved horses and roped a cow...once; she even built one good saddle and was satisfied. She made the best Christmas presents and had an obsession of collecting dolls, especially Barbies. Karen enjoyed crocheting and producing handmade craft items for her family as well as working at the pharmacy with Randy for many years. She was an artist with a penchant for landscapes and was robust with life using her unmatched sense of humor! Survivors include three children: Ryan Patrick Liggett and wife Bridget of Eminence, Missouri, Shawn Christopher Liggett, and Kasey Lauren Liggett, both of Ash Flat; seven grandchildren: Brooke, Kyler, Cinch, Kadence, Hunter, Rein, and Josie; a great-granddaughter, Ashtyn; three sisters: Iris Beal and husband Jerry, Valerie Hammond, and Beverly McEuen; four brothers: Buddy, Troy A., R.G. and wife, Molly, and Adrian Coker; brother-in-law, Donnie Liggett and wife Angie; several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a host of friends. Karen was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Randy Liggett; granddaughter, Loreena; her parents; brother, Dean Edward Coker; and a sister-in-law, Vicki Coker. Visitation will be held at Tri-County Funeral Home Chapel in Highland, Arkansas on Friday, March 4, 2022 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
