Frank Elmer Paul was born April 26, 1933, in Corning, California, and passed from this life at his home in Cherokee Village on August 10, 2019. He moved here in 2004 after helping to build the Alaskan pipeline. Frank also worked as a logger and loved this community and strived to make it a better place in any way possible. He will be missed. Frank is survived by a daughter, Cassandra Paul of Cherokee Village; grandson, Josh; one sister, Marion and her husband Charles Lyon; other relatives and frends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Elise Marie (Johanson) Paul; a daughter, Felicia Scott; and one brother, Carl. A memorial service will be at a later date. Arrangements are with Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland, Arkansas.
