Cindy Lou Miller, 59, of rural Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas passed away February 19, 2022 at White River Medical Center in Batesville. She was born January 4, 1963 in Keiser, Arkansas and was of the Pentecostal faith. She had worked in the food service industry. Cindy loved the outdoors: hunting and fishing, riding four-wheelers, driving tractors, and working on the farm. She was preceded in death by her father, Jay Edward Wroten; a brother, Billy Wayne; and a sister, Melody. Survivors include her husband, Tommie Dwayne Miller of the home; two sons: Tommy Jay Miller of Horseshoe Bend and Billy Joe (Stephanie) Miller of Brownsville, Kentucky; eight grandchildren: Cameron, Alexis, Katie, Bobby, Taylor, Kaitlyn, Logan, and Logan; a great-grandson, Zaylenn; her mother, Betty Joe (Kimbrell) Wroten; three brothers: Anthony, Randy, and Jamie Wroten; four sisters: Mary Key, Becky Rowland, Brandi Martin, and Christina Mayhan; numerous nieces and nephews, many other relatives and good friends. Private services will be at a later date.
