Charlotte Phillips

Charlotte Sylvia Phillips, 81, of Fayetteville, Arkansas, died Thursday in Cherokee Village. She was born in Paragould. Charlotte was a member of Main St. church of Christ in Walnut Ridge, had worked as a nurse, and loved her grandkids and gardening. She was predeceased by her parents, Porter and Bertie Anne (Durham) Walker; husband, Bill Phillips; son, Billy Phillips; and sisters, Doris Jones and Patsy Walker. Survivors include her daughters, Beverly (Eric) Moody of Cherokee Village, Kim (Rodney) Kegley of Fayetteville, and Brenda Phillips of Little Rock; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers, Glen Walker of Michigan and Bob Walker of Little Rock; many nieces and nephews, other relatives, and good friends. Memorial services will be announced at a later date. Arrangements are with Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland.
