Charles W. Hill, 80, of Cherokee Village, Arkansas passed away January 19, 2022 at EagleCrest Nursing & Rehab in Ash Flat. He was born April 3, 1941 in Wiseman to Clarence and Eula Mae (Bookout) Hill. Charles worked in sales with various companies. He enjoyed farming, golf, hunting, and being with family. He was a member of the College Avenue Church of Christ in El Dorado, Arkansas and had attended Cherokee Village United Methodist Church with his wife of 28 years, Carol Ann. He was also a member of the Fraternal Order of Masons and the El Dorado Country Club. Charles was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Thednal Hill; and five sisters: Cowanda Nesbitt, Eudean Graham, Shirley Whisenand, Delaphine Hill, and Wynetta Gifford. Survivors include his wife, Carol Ann (Watson) Hill; his daughter, Karla and her husband David Coleman of El Dorado; a step-daughter, Dee Ann and her husband Clint McCoy of Spring Branch, Texas; grandchildren: Logan (Lindsey), Brady, and Jordan Coleman; a step-granddaughter, Natalie Ann McCoy; a sister, Carolyn Bradley of Pasadena, Texas; a sister-in-law, Marge Hill of Viola, Arkansas; a brother-in-law, Larry Whisenand of Omaha, Nebraska; numerous other relatives and good friends. The family will have private services with Johnny Carter officiating. Burial will follow in Viola Cemetery at Viola, Arkansas. Memorial donations in Charles's name are encouraged by the family to College Avenue Church of Christ or for Camp Kurios through the church or EagleCrest Nursing and Rehab in Ash Flat.
