Billy Bingham

Billy O'Neal Bingham, 84, of Highland, Arkansas passed away January 26, 2023 at Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains, Missouri. He was born July 23, 1938 in Blytheville, Arkansas to Herman Arthur and Iris Clarice O'Neal Bingham. Bill was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in the Vietnam War. He became an accomplished electrician who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and playing guitar. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Mary Ann McDermott Bingham; and a sister, Mary Russell. The only surviving family member is his niece, Leigh LaCaze of Cherokee Village, Arkansas. No services are planned at this time.
