Billie Deloras (Yates) Fuller, 80, of Hardy, Arkansas, passed away November 25, 2018, at White River Medical Center in Batesville, Arkansas. She was born April 22, 1938, in Hardy. Billie was of the Baptist faith and a graduate of Hardy High School. She had worked as a cook in the restaurant business and enjoyed doing arts & crafts and working crossword puzzles and was an avid reader. She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie Edgar and Letha Lavada (Hill) Yates; her husband, Charles Floyd Fuller, Sr.; a brother, Jackie Yates; a sister, Kathern Hawkins; and a son-in-law, Jr. Collins. Survivors include her daughters, Kathy Collins and Donna Marie Sitz, both of Hardy; a son, Charles “Chuck” (Ronda) Fuller, Jr., of Hardy; grandchildren: Logan, Dillon, Marty, Tyler, and Paige; great-grandchildren, Nova and Charlie; sisters, Sharon Eversoll and Shelia (Kenneth) Pittman; brothers: Burlin (Irene), Jearl, Charles, Larry (Mary), Jim (Pam), John (Roberta), and Ricky (Terri) Yates; many nieces and nephews; and countless other relatives and good friends. Visitation of family and friends will be Wednesday, November 28, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the chapel of Tri-County Funeral Home at Highland, Arkansas. A graveside service will follow at 1:30 p.m. in Hardy Cemetery.
