Barbara Eppes

Barbara Eppes was born in Blue Ridge, Texas to Ruel Ray and Truman Jarnigan Parker and passed from this life at her home in Williford, Arkansas at the age of 79 years. She spent many of her working years as a dietician at the Senior Center. Barbara loved flowers and enjoyed time spent gardening. She was a member of the church of Christ. Barbara will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister. Survivors include her son, Dannie Mullins and his wife, Cecilia of Williford; one brother, Jerry Parker and wife, Gail of California; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; many other relatives and friends. Barbara was preceded in death by her father and mother, Ruel and Truman Parker; husband, Bob Eppes; brother, Tommy Parker; sister, LaVeda McQuery; and beloved daughter, Bonnie Ruszler. Pallbearers: Tim Lester, Dannie and Sam Mullins, and Mike, Johnathon, and David Ruszler. Graveside service is scheduled for Monday, April 26, 2021 at 10 a.m. in Baker Community Cemetery near Williford, Arkansas. Arrangements are entrusted to Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland, Arkansas.
