Karen Kay Wiles, 59, of Ash Flat, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, December 20, 2017, in Mountain Home, Arkansas. She was born December 15, 1958, in Mammoth Spring, Arkansas, to Floyd and Delois (Coggins) Gilbreath. Karen was a member of First Baptist Church in Salem, Arkansas, and had worked in retail at ALCO in Highland, Arkansas, for many years. More recently Karen was employed at Progressive Eye Center. "Aunt KK" loved visiting with friends and family, especially her nieces and nephews. Special interests included seeing new places, traveling, and her IPAD. Survivors include her husband, Travis Wiles of the home; sisters: Dianna (William) Goodson of Agnos, Arkansas, and Sharon (Robert) Cox of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; a brother, Denny (Carrol) Gilbreath of Ash Flat; her nieces and nephews: Wesley (Tara) Goodson, Beverly (Robert) Rogers, Austin (Jessie) Gilbreath, and Amanda (Calvin) Burcham; great-nieces and nephews: David, Haddasah, Gabe, and Whitley; 19 Wiles nieces and nephews and their families, and a host of other relatives and good friends. Visitation of family and friends will be Thursday, December 21, from 6 to 8 p.m. in the chapel of Tri-County Funeral Home at Highland. Funeral services will be Friday, December 22, at First Baptist Church in Salem, Arkansas, beginning at 2 p.m. with John Hodges officiating. Burial will follow in Agnos Cemetery. Pallbearers include Austin Gilbreath, Wes Goodson, Robert Rogers, Calvin Burcham, Brian Gilbreath, and Anthony Burkhammer. Honorary pallbearers are Roy Wiles, Gary Martin, Leonard Wiles, Teddy Tipton, and Tuffy "Dad" Wiles. Arrangements are with Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland.
