Waldo H. "Bud" Buescher, 83, of Cherokee Village, Arkansas, passed away December 19, 2017, in Batesville, Arkansas. He was born April 12, 1934 to William and Barbara (Martz) Buescher in Chicago, Illinois. Bud was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus in Cherokee Village. He had served his country as a sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps and was retired from working as a manager in the food business. Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Mary Alice (Galligan) Buescher of the home; daughter, Theresa (Bob) Buescher-Borman of Friendswood, Texas; sons: Paul (Michele) Buescher of Houston and Phillip Buescher of North Little Rock; grandchildren: Colleen, Carah, Zane, Alec, Joel, and Liam; great-grandchild, Seth; and many other relatives and good friends. Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, January 27, at St. Michael's Catholic Church with inurnment in the church's columbarium. Arrangements are with Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland, Arkansas.
