Curtis Ray Blann, 61, of Booneville, Arkansas, passed away July 4, 2017. He was born April 14, 1956, in Tempe, Arizona. He was a loving son and brother whose interests included astronomy and Marilyn Monroe. Curtis was preceded in death by his parents, Henrietta Matilda (Puchta) and John B. Blann, Sr. and two sisters, Anna Mae Wilson and Laura Rose Gowen. Survivors include his two sisters, Henrietta Knight and Mary P. Stanley; six brothers: Donald and Clarence Taylor, John B. Blann, Jr., William Henry Blann, Charles Joe Blann, and George Green Blann; and many other relatives and friends. A visitation of family and friends will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 6, in the chapel of Tri-County Funeral Home at Highland. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, July 7, in Lone Oak Cemetery south of Ravenden, Arkansas, with Mark Allen Smith officiating. Arrangements are with Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland, Arkansas.
