Alice Marie Robinson, 97, of Hardy, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, January 8, 2017, at Batesville. She was born December 8, 1919, at Evening Shade. Marie was a homemaker who also enjoyed walking, reading, traveling (including riding the NADC bus), working crossword puzzles and word searches, and visiting with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur Wright and Maude Bristow Cochran; her husband, Conrad A. Robinson; three sisters and one brother. Survivors include her daughter, Carolyn Udell of St. Louis, Missouri, and her son, Mike and his wife Becky Robinson of Hardy; five grandchildren, Stacey Robinson Schratz, Evan Robinson, Patrick Udell, David Udell, and Lori Robinson Campie; seven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Dorothy Thompson of Kansas and JoAnn Beam of North Carolina; one brother, A. W. Cochran, Jr. of Colorado; and many other relatives and good friends. Graveside services will begin at 2 p.m. Tuesday, January 10, in the Bronaugh Cemetery north of Hardy on Hwy. 63 with Bro. Jimmie Polston officiating. Arrangements are with Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland.
