Ruth E. Coker, 92, passed away Saturday, September 17, 2016, at her home. She was born January 1, 1924, in Kansas City, Kansas, to William Lee and Eva May Cash Bolton. Ruth became a homemaker and a Bible teacher. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, R. L. Coker; a brother, Billy and three sisters, Eileen, Jeanie, and Jessie. Survivors include her three sons: David (Debbie) of New Mexico, Ken (Colleen) of Evening Shade, and Edward (Martha) of California; ten grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and good friends. Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. Monday, September 26, in the Tri-County Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Chris Clem officiating. Visitation will be 1 p.m. to service time. Burial will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock with Pastor Jim Weston officiating. Arrangements are with Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland.
