Willie F. "Bill" Kimbler, 83, passed away May 13, 2016, at his home near Hardy, Arkansas. He was born January 26, 1933, in Johnson County, Kentucky, to Paris and Sophia (McCloud) Kimbler. After spending three years in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War aboard the USS Missouri, Bill spent his working years operating Kimbler's Garage in Marion, Ohio. He loved working, loved being outdoors, and enjoyed meeting people. In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by two wives, Frieda Lemaster Kimbler and Elaine Kilzer Kimbler; his son, Willie F. Kimbler II; one brother, Ray Kimbler; and one sister, Judy Kimbler Gilbert. He is survived by two sons, Joshua Kimbler of Marion, Ohio, and Justin Kimbler of Jonesboro, Arkansas; four daughters, Donna Kimbler of Fairfax, Virginia, Marialise Clarke, Miranda Kimbler, and Marissa (Doug) Oliver, all of Marion, Ohio; two step-children, John Holloway and Freya Sexton. Other survivors include 18 grandchildren and one great-grandchild; two sisters, Esther Kimbler Weiss of Nashville, Tennessee, and Joyce Kimbler Baldwin of Paintsville, Kentucky; and one brother, Roy Kimbler of Paintsville, Kentucky, and good friend, Ruth McKibben of Bainbridge, Ohio. His cremains will be buried at sea. A memorial service will be held in Marion, Ohio, at a later date. Arrangements are with Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland.
