Ronald Lee Mask, 63, of Hardy, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord Thursday, April 14, at his home surrounded by his children. Mr. Mask was a 1970 graduate of West Memphis High School, a veteran of the United States Army and a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. He was a Baptist. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mrs. Una Leigh "Sis" Mask of West Memphis and Cherokee Village, Arkansas. He is survived by his father, James Paul Mask, a World War II veteran, of Hardy, Arkansas, and two brothers, Jackie Mask of Solsberry, Indiana, and Michael Mask, of Arlington, Tennessee. He is also survived by his three children, Kristin Mask and Kody Mask of West Memphis and Shelby Svehla of New Jersey, four grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, cousins and lifelong friends. He loved working on cars, Motocross and fishing. He was a loving father and friend, known for his loyalty, kindness and love of a cold beer. The last thing he asked of his kids, on the way to the hospital, was that they make a stop at their favorite fishing hole one more time. A celebration of the life of this much loved man is being planned. The family asks that any memorials be made to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements are with Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland.
