William Hitchcock

William Arnold Hitchcock, 80, of Cherokee Village, Arkansas, passed away February 9, 2016, at the Arkansas Hospice Center in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was born July 16, 1935, to Herbert and Natalie Swartout Hitchcock in Saratoga, New York. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and worked in quality control for Owens Corning for 15 years. He especially enjoyed visiting at the Senior Center in Cherokee Village. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Marie M. Hitchcock; and his daughter, Karen Hitchcock. Survivors include his son, Dale (Laurie) Hitchcock of Ravena, New York; his daughter, Deanna Hitchcock of Horn Lake, Mississippi; his granddaughter, Kayla Marie Hitchcock; several nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends. No services are planned at this time. Arrangements are with Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland.
