Hilburn Ray Henry, 64, of Hardy, Arkansas, died Wednesday, January 27, 2016, at White River Medical Center at Batesville, Arkansas. He was born July 26, 1951, at Marked Tree, Arkansas. He was a truck driver and worked with the railroad at Kansas City, Kansas. He was a Vietnam veteran, serving in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1968 to 1971, and he was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Francis Fern Harmon Henry, two brothers, Butch Henry and Francis Gene Henry and three sisters, Bessie Rosilea Shaner, Ruby Nadine Arnold, and an infant. Survivors include his brothers, Carl W. (Deborah Anderson) Henry of Williford, Arkansas, Derral (Theresa D. Smith) Henry of Kansas City, Kansas, Jerry W. (Gertrude Amelia Hall) Henry of Sidney, Arkansas, and George (Carol Lynn Schwerd) Henry of Highland, Arkansas; sisters, Patsy (Bill Dale-deceased) Powell of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas, Donna Landers of Memphis, Tennessee, Debra K. (David) Chastain of Millington, Tennessee, Stella E. (Phillip Lee Coleman) Vaughn of Salem, Arkansas, and Fern Moyer of Millington, Tennessee; many nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Memorial services will begin at noon Saturday, January 30, in the chapel of Tri-County Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Cox officiating. Military honors, with a meal to follow, will be at the Hardy Beach at 1:30 p.m. Arrangements are with Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland.
