Ollie Mae Parks, 77, of Cherokee Village, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, June 21, 2015, at Ash Flat Healthcare Center. She was born March 27, 1938, in Monroe, Ark., to Charlie and Johnnie Hickman Bundren. She was a housewife, loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Mrs. Parks was preceded in death by her parents, her son Darnell, one sister, and three brothers. Survivors include her husband Raymond of the home; her sons, Wayne of Cherokee Village and Rocky (Kim) of Wauchula, Fla.; her daughters, Patricia (Henry) Brooks of Evening Shade, Brenda (Burl) Eddings of Cherokee Village, Rita Allison of Bowling Green, Fla., and Judy (Keith) Powell of Wauchula, Fla.; one brother, Tommy Bundren of Clarendon, Ark.; four sisters, Lacy Elms of Brinkley, Ark., Nobie Watson of Baycliff, Texas, Donna Partee of Marianna, Ark., and Sylvia Crews of Wynne, Ark.; 15 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends. Private services will be held by the family at a later date. Arrangements are with Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland.
