Geraldine Bryan, 87, of Cherokee Village, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, November 13, 2014, at Ash Flat Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Ash Flat, Ark. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri, on July 1, 1927, to Harry and Catherine Hausbaum Cooper. Geri had worked as a switchboard operator and ultimately as communications manager for the Omni International Hotel in St. Louis. She had also driven a bus for the St. Louis Special School District. She was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church in Cherokee Village and an active, enthusiastic participant with the Cherokee Players stage group. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Robert Bryan, and a daughter Terri Bryan. Survivors include a daughter, Corina Lane of Loveland, Colorado, and two granddaughters, Anne Lane of Lynnwood, Washington, and Katelynne Hansen of Fort Collins, Colorado. No services are planned at this time. Interment will be in the Peace Memorial Gardens at Peace Lutheran Church in Cherokee Village. Arrangements are with Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland, Arkansas.
