John McCord

John McCord, 57, of Wirth, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, October 18, 2014, in Highland, Arkansas. He was born in Turrell, Arkansas, on March 16, 1957, to Robert Frllis and Mary Ann Faulkner McCord. He was of the Baptist faith and an auto mechanic. He was preceded in death by his father, a brother Robert, and a daughter Mary Ann. Survivors include his mother and step-father Mary Ann and Charles Dugard of Highland, son John Devenney; daughters Catherine Joan McCord-England, Beadie Marie McCord-Rose, and Jennifer Lynn McCord; brothers Ray, Jerry, and Carl; sisters Joann Powell, Mary Hauser, and Beadie Smith; eight grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral Services will be Monday, October 20, at 12:30 p.m. at Tri-County Funeral Home in Highland. Burial will follow in Tyronza, Arkansas. Visitation will begin Monday, October 20, at 11:00 a.m. until service time. Arrangements are with Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland.
