John Russell Imboden

John Russell Imboden, age 78, of Ash Flat, Ark. passed away Wednesday, September 17, 2014, in Ash Flat. He was born May 15, 1936, in St. Louis County, Mo. to Thomas and Ernestine Miller Imboden. He was a business owner and salesman for most of his life. He was preceded in death by his parents and his second wife Betty Imboden, his daughter Linda C. Hoffmann, and his sister Marion. Survivors include his wife Verona Imboden of the home; four sons: Jeffery Scott (Vicki) Imboden of Texas, Joseph Patrick (Monica) Imboden of Hardy, Ark., John Jacob Imboden of St. Louis, Mo., and Wayne Alexander Imboden of St. Louis, Mo.; three daughters: Brenda Bluestone of St. Louis, Mo., Deborah Craig of Hillsboro, Mo., and Kendra Thomas of Largo, Fla.; two brothers: Thomas Imboden and Charles Johnson; fourteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. A private service by the family will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland, Ark.
