Charles Eldon Gann, age 57 of Hardy, Arkansas, passed away of natural causes at his home on February 28, 2014. He was born June 28, 1956 in Osceola, Arkansas to Charles and Mary Gann. Eldon was of the Baptist Faith, a supporter of St. Jude, and he loved fishing and landscaping. Eldon attended Osceola High School and worked in store management until retirement. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles E. Gann. Eldon leaves behind his wife of 39 years, Sandy Gann; three sons, Brian Gann of Luxora, Arkansas, Barry Gann of Ash Flat, Arkansas, and Brad Gann of Cherokee Village, Arkansas; three daughter-in-laws; six grandchildren, Amanda Gann, Barry Gann, Jr., Braydon Gann, Aaron Gann, Zoe Gann, and Haven Gann; his mother; three brothers, Jimmy, Audie, and Allen Gann; and two sisters, Kathy Griffin and Gwenda Smith. Eldon had numerous in-laws and nieces and nephews. He was a devoted husband, father, son, grandfather, and friend and will be sorely missed. It was Eldon’s wish to be cremated.
