Roger Lynn Smith

Roger Lynn Smith, age 58 of Ash Flat, Arkansas, died Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at Fulton County Hospital. He was born April 24, 1955 in Mammoth Springs, Arkansas to Leonard and Maxine (Cochran) Smith. Roger was a farmer and of the Assembly of God faith. He was preceded in death by his father. Survivors include his mother, Maxine Smith of Ash Flat, Arkansas; one son, Cody Lynn Smith of Fayetteville, Arkansas; one daughter, Elizabeth Smith of Cherokee Village, Arkansas; one brother, Mickel Smith and wife Debbie of Ash Flat, Arkansas; one sister, Durenda Cox and husband Jim of Ash Flat, Arkansas; two Grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends. Graveside Services will begin Thursday, July 11, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Highland, Cemetery located in Highland, Arkansas with James and Brad Cox officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, July 11, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. until service time at the Tri-County Funeral Home Chapel located in Highland, Arkansas. All arrangements are by Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland, Arkansas. Pallbearers are Josh Smith, Zac Smith, Brian Cox, Brad Cox, Brent Cox, and Cody Smith. Honorary Pallbearer is Elizabeth Smith.
