Edward D. Cochran

Edward D. Cochran, age 84 of Williford, Arkansas, died Thursday, May 9, 2013 in Salem, Arkansas. He was born July 18, 1928 in Wauchula, Florida to Nathan and Essie (Wallace) Cochran. He was a retired brick mason and a small business owner. He was also a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Mammoth Springs, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his parents; an infant son, Stevie Cochran; and one sister, Gracie Byrd. Survivors include one son, Larry Cochran of Williford, Arkansas; three daughters, Taresa Cochran of Williford, Arkansas, Diana Johnson of Asheville, North Carolina, and Wendy Cook of Jamestown, North Dakota; one brother, Jimmy Cochran of Fort Myers, Florida; two sisters; Mary Lou Cochran of Columbus, North Carolina and Mable Whidden of Fort Myers, Florida; three Grandchildren Lee Cochran of Des Moines, Iowa, Josh Cook of Jamestown, North Dakota, and Andrew Cochran of Williford, Arkansas; two Great Grandchildren Lilly and Molly Cochran; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends . A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, May 18, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the Seventh Day Adventist Church located in Mammoth Springs, AR.....located at 5th and Archer Street. No Visitation is planned.
