Roger Lee Mulkey

Roger Lee Mulkey, age 53 of Ash Flat, Arkansas, died Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at White River Medical Center in Batesville, Arkansas. He was born August 18, 1959 in Harlan, Kentucky to Luther Martin and Viola (Griffith) Mulkey. He was a carpet layer for many years. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.
