Dean Dwight Murphy

Dean Dwight Murphy, age 77 of Center, Arkansas, died Sunday, February 17, 2013 at his home. He was born July 21, 1935 at Center, Arkansas to Alfred and Ruby (Eason) Murphy. He was a factory worker and a bus driver for many years. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Ash Flat. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Jeanette (Gerber) Murphy; and one brother, Samuel Murphy. Survivors include one daughter, Deb Gatliff of Center, Arkansas; two brothers, Danny and Dale Murphy; one sister, Willene Dawson; one Granddaughter, Shelby Gatliff; several nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral Services will begin Thursday, February 21, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at the Tri-County Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jim Westin officiating. Burial will follow in the Center Cemetery located in Center, Arkansas. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 20, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Tri-County Funeral Home Chapel.
