William Lonnie “Hoot” Woolard, age 59, of Mammoth Springs, Arkansas, died Monday, November 5, 2012 in Fairmont, West Virginia. He was born November 14, 1952 in Alton, Missouri to Jeff and Lucille (Case) Woolard. Hoot was a pipeliner and a cattle farmer. He was also a member of the Mason Lodge. He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Luke Woolard; and one sister, Lavada Muller. Survivors include one son, Justin Woolard and wife Elizabeth of Cherokee Village, Arkansas; one daughter, Shannon Morris and husband Hunter of Pocahontas, Arkansas; one brother, Jim Woolard of Columbia, Missouri; three Grandsons, Ethan Morris, Nathan Woolard, and Jackson Woolard; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends. Graveside Services will begin Monday, November 12, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at Perry Cemetery located in Hardy, Arkansas with Floyd Rikard officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, November 11, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Tri-County Funeral Home Chapel located in Highland, Arkansas. Pallbearers are Chad Woolard, Jeremy Roland, David Baldridge, Kevin Woolard, Kyle Welch, and Justin Woolard.
